Pickup,Delivery and Shipping
All items are available for pickup at our Melbourne CBD store.
Pickup is available once you receive a “Pickup Ready” notification.
Please bring your order confirmation and ID when collecting your order.

We offer free door-to-door delivery within 30 km of Melbourne CBD.
Delivery typically arrives same day or within 1–3 days, depending on location.

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, size and weight.
Orders generally arrive within 2–5 business days. A tracking number will be emailed once dispatched.
Returns, Exchanges & Repairs
We offer a 30-day return, exchange, or repair service only for:
